Price list
Minimum rental time: 1 week. Arrival - and departure day arbitrary
Water and 1 set of bedlinen and towels per person is included in the rental
The cost of electricity will be calculated on use up with 0,20 ¤ per kWh
Extra: final cleaning and laundry: 100,- ¤ per poolhouse, 75,-¤ De Finca
security deposit: per poolhous 300,-¤, De Finca 150,-¤ (refundable deposit from which we will deduct the cost of any damage caused)
If you want to use the pool between November the 1st and the end of March you have
to pay an extra fee of 50,- EURO per week.
