The Casa Flamenca is a beautiful villa with private pool of 8X4m set in 5000 square metres of landscaped gardens and olive trees. The house is well equipped and furnished.It has has 3 bedrooms all with direct access to the terrace. 1 bedroom has a kingsize bed and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. The Casa Flamenca has 2 bathrooms: 1 full fitted and one en suite with shower, washbowl and toilet. The living-dining room with fire-place and SAT-TV is very homely and has a dining table for 8 persons. The big kitchen has all comfort: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.. The house has a big terrace, partial roofed over, with garden furniture and BBQ. The property is light and airy in the summer but cosy in the winter with a wood burning stove and a gas fired oven in the living room and electric heaters in the bathrooms. From the house you have fantastic views of the sea and the picturesque village of Torrox-Pueblo as well as the Sierra Almijara and the surrounding countryside.
Less than 30 minutes walk (5 minutes by car) to restaurants (International and Traditional Spanish), bars, supermarkets and pharmacy. The beautiful beaches of Torrox-Costa, Nerja, Torre del Mar and Algarrobo are within 5-10 minutes drive.
The house is accessed by tarmac so no need to rent a 4x4vehicle.
Our houses are maintained by a german couple who speak english and have lived in the area for 10 years.
